Returns Policy

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing sales@mobelle.com.au 

After this time, we cannot accept returns of furniture products for change to mind, except at Mobelles absolute discretion. 

 

Homewares Orders

In addition to the above, if you change your mind about a homewares purchase ordered online or collected and paid for at our showroom, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery (if ordered online) or purchase (if bought in showroom), provided the product is returned in its original condition, in its original unopened and sealed packaging, and with the original sales docket or other proof of purchase. Online orders can be returned to our showroom, or by post to:

Please note that items posted are at your cost and risk, and Mobelle shall not refund for products that are not received, or that are received broken or damaged. 

Products excluded from our 7 days returns policy are upholstered and furniture products, clearance and sale products, products sold as seconds, floor-stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customers attention before the purchase of the product.
